1. What NewZealandFans is
NewZealandFans is an independent online directory of publicly available OnlyFans creator profiles from New Zealand. We run no subscription service, handle no payments and host no adult content, and we have no affiliation with the platform our listings link to or with its operator, Fenix International Limited.
2. Adults only
This website is intended solely for persons aged 18 years or over. By accessing the site you confirm that you have reached that age. If you are under 18, you must leave the site.
3. What the listings are (and are not)
Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and from creators' own submissions. They describe; they do not guarantee. Prices, categories and availability change on the platform without notice, so the creator's official account is always the current position. We fix or remove outdated listings when we learn of them.
4. Creator submissions
By submitting a profile through the Add profile form you warrant that the profile is yours or that you are authorised to act for its owner, that you are 18 or over, and that you hold all rights needed in the material you provide. We may edit submissions for style, decline them, or remove a published listing at our discretion.
5. Fair use of the directory
You agree not to scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, not to access it by automated means, and not to use anything found here to harass, impersonate or deceive any person.
6. Links to other sites
Every listing links out to a third-party website. Once you follow a link you have left NewZealandFans, and the destination site's own terms, prices and policies apply — we control none of them.
7. Intellectual property
The directory's own text, structure and compilation belong to NewZealandFans. Creator names, images and trade marks remain their owners' property and appear here for identification only.
8. Liability
NewZealandFans is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site, reliance on listing information, or content on third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any that apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
